Deliciously tropical, ‘The Bahama Mama’ is a combination of white rum, dark rum, coconut rum and pineapple juice. Here we’ve added a splash of LOS CAFETEROS Coffee Liqueur and some freshly squeezed lemon to balance the flavours and give it some extra kick!
- 15ml Dark Rum
- 15ml Coconut Rum (For example… Malibu)
- 10ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- 120ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass over crushed ice.
- Garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry… or both!
