Gin and Tonic Los Cafeteros

There’s nothing more refreshing than a good Gin and Tonic and this quintessentially British drink is loved by almost everyone. In fact, it’s having something of a renaissance right now, with a huge selection of gins to choose from.

Here, we’re taking the classic G&T to a new level with the addition of 25ml of LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur.

You have to try this, it’s absolutely delicious!

• 50ml Hill Billy Dry Gin (this is a double shot)
• 25ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
• 200ml Indian Tonic Water

Best served in a large Gin Glass

1. For best results…. Chill your gin in the fridge and your Gin Glass in the freezer
2. Fill the glass with ice to the top. The bigger the cubes the better!
3. Pour the gin over the ice
4. Now add the tonic water so that the glass if filled to around two thirds of the way up
5. Stir gently
6. Finally, add the coffee liqueur so that it floats on the top
