The Brave Bull cocktail is a variation on the Black Russian but instead of being Vodka based, the Brave Bull is Tequila based. The Tequila and LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur work extremely well together to create an extra flavour dimension.
If you enjoy the Black Russian, the chances are you’ll also enjoy the Brave Bull.
What you’ll need…
- 60ml Tequila
- 30ml LOS CAFETEROS coffee liqueur
- 1 Lemon for the zest garnish
Glassware – Use a rocks glass
How you build it…
- Build straight in a rocks glass over ice. Add the Tequila and LOS CAFETEROS and give the cocktail a gentle stir.
- Finish by garnishing with lemon zest.
